Commissioning of Documents

To have documents commissioned please visit the Clerk’s Department on the 2nd floor of City Hall between 8:30 and 4:30pm.  Please be advised that photo identification is required when having a document commissioned.

Please be advised that as per City of Timmins User Fee By-Law 2016-7778, passed on December 18th, 2016, the municipality will now be charging for commissioning documents and for producing certified true copies.
