May 25, 2017 – The Corporation of the City of Timmins is seeking better ways to serve its taxpayers in the City with the Heart of Gold.

Several City staff have recently been appointed to a Customer Service Committee. The Committee has developed three surveys to get a better feel on what they’re doing right, and where they need to make some improvements to help City Staff better serve our residents and local businesses.

“We are hoping a great number of people will participate in these surveys to give us a clear picture on where we need to make improvements to better serve all those living, working and doing business in our community,” said Rock Foy, Director of Corporate Services.

The survey results will be collected by the committee, who will then make recommendations on how to better serve our public.

The survey will be available at the above mentioned link starting today May 25, until June 19, 2017. Have your say by completing this very short survey.
