A section of Norman St. has remained closed since the spring due to flood damage. Recent assessments have shown that the asphalt layer has deteriorated and is beyond repair.
In the interim, the road will be ground down to a compacted gravel layer that City crews can safely maintain. Work is expected to being early July 2025.
