Timmins Transit

Welcome Aboard!

Timmins Transit is a service operated by the City of Timmins. We provide a family of transportation services within the urban service area of the City seven days a week. We operate a fleet of over 25 buses, low floor buses, and accessible mini-buses.

Timmins Handy Transit provides accessible, door-to-door transit service for persons who cannot use regular transit.

Service Updates:

Effective February 6, 2023, transit bus passes and tickets will no longer be sold at the Timmins Transit Terminal on Spruce St. S. while renovations are being completed. Purchase your monthly bus pass or bus tickets at Service Timmins at City Hall during regular business hours 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday OR at the Timmins Square Information Booth during regular mall hours.

 

Renovations at the Timmins Transit Terminal on Spruce St. started January 16, 2023. There will be no disruption in route or bus service. Once work is completed, public washrooms will be reopened.
