Timmins, ON – City of Timmins Public Works advises residents that temporary traffic restrictions will be in place on Friday, July 24, 2026, from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. to allow crews to complete crosswalk and stop bar painting.

The following traffic restrictions will be in place:

• Jubilee Avenue will be closed between Theriault Boulevard and University Street to facilitate stop bar and crosswalk painting.

• The Airport Road ramp to Theriault Boulevard will be closed to allow crews to complete pedestrian crosswalk painting.
Motorists are asked to obey all posted signage, exercise caution when travelling through the work zones, and use alternate routes where possible.
