Timmins, ON – City of Timmins Public Works advises residents that temporary road closures will be in place on Thursday, August 20, 2026, to allow crews to complete crosswalk pavement markings. The following road closures will be in effect:

• Airport Road will be closed from Westmount Boulevard to Theriault Boulevard from 6:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.
Note the right-hand channelization ramp from Airport to Theriault will still be accessible.

• College Street will be closed from Jubilee Avenue to Westmount Boulevard from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Motorists are asked to obey all posted signage, exercise caution when travelling near the work zones, and use alternate routes where possible.
