Access your Voter Information Letter Online.
Due to delays with the delivery of printed Voter Information Letters, Voatz Inc. has setup an electronic Voter Information Letter portal available to eligible voters.
If you have not received your Voter Information Letter in the mail, you can use the online portal to securely access your letter and the unique Voter PIN you will need to vote online.
What you will need:
- Your full name
- Your date of birth
- Your full residential address
- An active email address that you can immediately access
The information you enter must match the information on the Voters’ List.
How it works
- Enter your information – visit the Voter Information Letter portal and enter the information requested, including an active email address.
- Verify your email – A verification code will be sent to the email address you provided. Enter the verification code in the portal to continue.
- Access your Voter Information Letter – Once your information has been verified, your Voter Information Letter will be available to download as a PDF directly from your browser, and a PDF copy will be emailed to the address you provided.
- Find your Voter PIN – Your Voter Information Letter contains your unique Voter PIN. You will need this PIN to vote online.
- Vote online – Once you have your Voter Information Letter and Voter PIN, CLICK HERE to vote in the 2026 Municipal Election.
Your Voter PIN is unique to you. Do not share your Voter PIN or Voter Information Letter with anyone.
If you are not listed as an eligible voter, this could indicate that your voter information needs to be updated. Service Timmins can help. Visit Service Timmins in City Hall to have your voter information updated and a copy of your Voter Information Letter printed. You will need to present I.D.
You do not have to vote online. In-person voting will be held on Monday, October 26, 2026. Polls open at 10:00AM and close at 8:00PM. Your Voter Information Letter will also provide the location of your in-person polling station.
Visit Vote Online for more information on how to vote electronically.
