Just call 360-2600 ex. 3504, follow the voice prompts, and you're all set. If you prefer, you can always choose to speak with our dispatcher.
What is AI Voice?
Spare AI Voice is an automated call-in assistant that helps riders book, confirm, and cancel trips with Timmins Transit On-Demand Paratransit Service. Instead of waiting for a live agent, riders can interact with a voice system that's available whenever they need to book a ride.

Hours of Service
Timmins Transit On-Demand service is provided during the following hours:
Monday to Friday: 6:30 am to 11:30 pm
Saturday: 6:30 am to 11:30 pm
Sunday:8:30 am to 7:30 pm
No service on Statutory Holidays
The Timmins Transit On-Demand office is located at 54 Spruce Street South and is open during the following hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 12 noon and 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 pm. Closed Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays
