Capital Works projects are managed by the Engineering Department and include:

Preparation of detailed designs for municipal infrastructure projects including road, streetscaping, watermain, sanitary and storm sewers, culverts, and bridges.
- Provision of project management and inspection services for the construction of approved capital projects.
Capital works projects are determined by the asset management plan and through a detailed analysis of the infrastructure in question.
